What is Axceed Platform, exactly?
One operating system for business resiliency, made of four apps — Continuum (continuity & DR), Serve (incident response), Lens (business impact analysis), and Ops (day-to-day operations). Every app feeds a shared signal schema into Cosmos, the intelligence layer that computes your continuous Resiliency Score.
Do I need all four apps to get value?
No. Start with whichever app matches your loudest pain point. Every app you add enriches the same Cosmos score — nothing is wasted, and there's no re-platforming later.
Is this a consultancy engagement or a product?
A product. Cosmos computes your score continuously from live signals; CSVA on-site validation is available to raise evidence credibility, but the platform runs whether or not you book an assessment.
Cosmos & the Resiliency Score
How is the Resiliency Score different from a checklist audit?
A checklist audit is a point-in-time, usually self-reported snapshot reviewed once a year. Cosmos computes your score continuously from live signals, weighted by evidence credibility — self-assessment, vendor API, live integration, or CSVA on-site validation. The score moves as your posture changes, not on an annual cycle.
What happens if we stop sending signals?
The score reflects the most recent evidence available. It doesn't silently decay, but it also won't reflect improvements you've made unless captured as new evidence.
Can we choose which standards our score is measured against?
Foundation and Professional tiers use the Malaysia Country Template by default. Professional and above can configure an assessment blend — COBIT, NIST, ISO, or ITIL emphasis — without changing the underlying calculation rules.
Is the scoring methodology public?
Yes — the Methodology page publishes the standards mapping, maturity scale, and governance rules. Exact numeric weights and credibility constants aren't published, consistent with how other rating methodologies protect calibration while staying auditable to clients and regulators.

Do you sell our data to vendors or insurers?
No. Axceed Platform is a subscription product, not a data broker. Any future vendor marketplace integrations would be opt-in and disclosed at activation.
